The BIM maturity level is a shared collaboration in a project with currently 4 levels.
In response to the successful use of International BIM standards, public sector as well as private sector projects internationally are adopting this process.

The BIM model levels are applied to the entirety of the project scenario. A company may not require Level 2 and can only operate at Level 1 which is normal. One of the most important thing – is the cost effectivity it can bring.
