We are Abu Dhabi-based consultancy allowing us to act as architect of record (AOR) as well as provide full architectural and engineering services.

Our comprehensive understanding of Authorities regulations in the emirate, as well as our experience working with other huge developers, means we can capably administer the development approval process, its regulatory controls and permit application processes on behalf of property owners, builders, and other consultants. Our planners and permitting coordinators have extensive experience working with all the technical disciplines required to make development projects a reality, giving us the ability to effectively communicate changes in the requirements and achieve the project goals efficiently.
