This year has been full of achievements and changes for our company. Our company would like to express our gratitude to our clients, partners, and stakeholders for all their trust, energy and support. And before we welcome yet another year, here is some stellar record of our 2018.
CRM & ERP System
In today’s fast-paced tech world the demand to innovate business processes has never been higher. This expectation is why we are continuing to develop our team efficiency to achieve our company and project goals through the use of our new CRM & ERP system. The start of the implementation started February of this year.
New Office
The remarkable growth of our company signaled our moving. July of this year, we’ve shifted our office to a bigger workspace that allows accommodating our growing team and clients better than ever. Our Head Office is now located at Muroor Road corner Delma Street, (beside Ovenly’s Bakery) Abu Dhabi, UAE.
New Branch Office
We are now accessible to businesses and residents at Musaffah. The new branch was established last September to one of the most important economic areas of the UAE. Bringing our broad and specialized services, our new office can be found at Residential Mussafah, East 12 (near The Model School), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
MEP Branch
Providing comprehensive engineering and consulting services in the MEP system had been strengthening by establishing our new MEP Branch. Our dynamic team is comprised engineers and designers with extensive experience working globally. Not to mention, the integration of BIM solution for MEP design enables powerful modeling and engineering calculations. We are also now registered with FAB and ADCE as one of their accredited consultants.
Building Information Modeling Service
Getting building project teams to speak the same language is tough, last October, we have launched our BIM service. We have an in-house expert who will work with you to develop a customized plan that will maximize the benefits of BIM (Building Information Modelling) on your next project. We will provide professional guidance to help our clients get the most out of BIM and achieve the project objectives. Our team will examine the current work method and determine which BIM approach would suit the best.
Sustainability
Our Sustainability portfolio for this year grew massively as we continuously promote sustainability through our services and practices. We’ve completed several Estidama projects for Commercial Buildings, Residential Villas, Mosque, Government establishment, and Healthcare facilities. Our company has now listed possess Pearl Qualified Professional(s) and have successfully achieved a Design Rating and/or Construction Rating. Third Year Anniversary Celebration
One of the most significant events of the year for Close System was a celebration of the company’s third year in the business. Held at the Hilton Hotel last October, we were joined by our prestige clients, industry partners, and friends and loved ones. An evening of looking back to company milestones, strengthening commitment to delivering best Architectural and Engineering solutions and looking forward to the company’s future ventures.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Giving back is one of the committee highlighted from our 3rd year anniversary event. Proudly, we’ve started this initiative during this year’s last quarter. From internal environmental practices inside our offices through conducting sustainability and environmental workshops to educational establishments, we cannot wait to share more.
