COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT RAWDHAT ABU DHABI C71-C71
The project Commercial and Residential Building located at Rawdhat Sector E48, C72 C71 is consisting of three (3) basements, ground floor and seven (7) typical floors, and a roof floor with a total built area of about 28,585.2 m2. The ground floor compromises of different sizes commercial shops which are expected to provide the building residents and the community with diverse services.
The upper floor can accommodate a total of 87 units of 2 bedrooms, apartments and fourteen units of 1 bedroom apartments. A total number of 183 underground car parking will be obtained in the basement. With its unique style, the proposed building is intentionally designed to create a remarkable single block that is visible to from the main road. The soft and earthy colors were adopted to decrease sun heat gain.
