The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme was established to provide suitable housing for UAE nationals and their families. One of the complexes and ongoing construction is located at Bateen Al Samar, Ras Al Khaimah. The project has 320 villas consisting of four Proto-types Zumrd -6, Zumrd -3, Yakot -7 and Zafeer -7 in a plot area of 88,8992 m2 . The area of every villa plot consists of 2,000 m2. This submission is dedicated for Zumrd -6 , Villa Proto-type .The other three villa types will be submitted to Estidama in separate submissions.
The project is currently under Construction stage. A number of 126 villas of Zumrd -6 will be constructed where every villa GFA is 424 m2 and it aims to score 2-pearls Villa rating from Estidama.
