POST COVID: HOW CLOSE SYSTEM PREPARES FOR 100% BUSINESS RESUMPTION

In the UAE, all businesses are required to implement all necessary safety management measures in order to maintain sanitation and minimize crowding within their office or building premises.

It is challenging to keep operations going while minimizing the risk to employees. So, how can we put safety first?

The health and safety of the workforce should be management’s top priority as it considers how to bring operations back to some semblance of normal. At Close System, we have developed safety and precautionary measures to keep our employees, in the office and on site safe without compromising productivity and efficiency of work we deliver to our clients.

There are three major focus that we are currently implementing that our management see as foundational for a successful return-to-workplace plan.

1. Focus on people, health and safety.

Health and safety are Close System utmost focus. This means providing masks, hand sanitizer, strict implementation social distancing, and regular and cleaning schedules for office equipment and facilities. We also ensure that only essential employees who have been approved by the Ministry is to return to offices and work on the sites.

2. Focus in productivity by utilizing virtual tools

Close System provide and update the technology that employees need to be productive, including hardware (laptops and computers), software, ERP system, data connections and security. Our team is now encourage to speed up the digital adoption, from reporting, submission, client communication, meeting and team collaboration.

3. Focus in flexibility and preparedness to react & respond

Close System’s return-to-workplace plans includes flexibility and preparedness for multiple lock down cycles for the foreseeable future and or until there is a widely available cure or vaccine for COVID-19. We still fortifies remote work if necessary and urgently required. The lessons learned from this pandemic is now strongly implemented to our businesses processes.
