Here’s some tips to motivate your employees to practice s safety culture in your workplaces:

  1. Provide health and safety training for all staff and create awareness that while it is the employer’s responsibility, each employee is also obligated to take care of themselves in the workplace.
  2. Promote participation from employees that a healthier and safer workplace increases job satisfaction, productivity, and business performance.
  3. Display safety instructions in your workplaces. It is always advisable for a company to always remind their employees about health and safety protocols of the workplace
